I wanted to tell you what a wonderful job Kathy did on last Monday. She was amazing. She pushed me with a challenging workout but still one that was within my skill set. My heartbeat was up for the majority of the class which made me feel that I not only got a good workout and burned some calories, but that I really focused on the routine and more importantly on me. The savasana was so relaxing and rejuvenation. When I went home I felt like I could do anything. I took my daughter ice skating later that day (I've never been), I felt like I could get on the ice and do spins and jumps. The reality was that I couldn't, but I thought I could because of how good I felt! I did fall only one time, so I think all the balancing poses helped with the ice skating. "Before I took Pilates with Faye I had a severe cramp in my neck. Everything I tried to alleviate the pain-massage, hot compresses,ice--to no avail. My husband tried to massage the area and commented how tight my neck was and he could feel a knot. Well, after 2 classes with Faye on the reformer I noticed my neck pain disappear. Faye Rose has been sharing the benefits of Yoga for 8 years. Her nurturing personality and positive teaching style are loved by all who frequent her classes. Her specialty is Prenatal yoga. She has classes in Beginner/Gentle Yoga, Intermediate Kripalu Yoga, and Advanced/Cardio Yoga.
She is certified advanced teacher in Pilates on the reformer and has Private and semi- private classes.
